Coming from a West Indian family, good food has always been one of the main foundations. The meal, especially on Sundays, is the centrepiece.
Who made the Mac pie? Fried or baked chicken? Curry mutton done?!
When we buy Caribbean food, it takes us back to our own history. The style is unique to us, but also as varied as every other meal you've ever had.
In the same gap, on any Street, in the West Indies will have their own version of each dish. Some better than others...! Good food draws people in. Great food keeps them coming back.

The genesis of 9Club is a reflection of this principle.

A modest 3-bedroom home on the corner of North Road became the focal point of 5 whole generations. From the early 70's to the present day, people have been eating Sandra & Jay's home-cooked meals.
This husband & wife team have catered earthday parties, weddings & heavenly transitions. No matter how many people or the budget, they always delivered a quality dining experience.
